Monotype Screen Printing - Sister Studio Saturdays
In collaboration with the Jamestown Arts Center, OOTB will be hosting the third in a three part series of workshops on Monotype Screen Printing on Sat, Aug 19th 2023! Use water-soluble crayon to print unique designs! (Inks and paper provided. Bring your own fabrics!)

Using water-soluble crayons and transparent base screen printing ink, participants will draw images directly onto their screens to create one-of-a-kind prints. The image cannot be reproduced, but a "ghost" image can be created which allows each artist to create multiple prints leading to a cohesive body of work. Various paper will be provided for printing. A list of materials will also be provided, so that you can keep printing at your home or studio!
Feel free to bring in inspiration images for your subject. Line drawings and graphic images work best for this process. Please wear clothing that you don’t mind getting a little ink on!
